Connecticut: Federal OSHA for private employers, CONN-OSHA for public
Connecticut is one of six OSHA-approved state plans where the state plan covers state and municipal employees only. Private-sector Connecticut employers are under Federal OSHA — OllieSafe routes private workspaces to the federal recordkeeping module while preserving CT physical-state context for AI and written-program retrieval. CONN-OSHA (the Connecticut Department of Labor occupational safety and health division) handles public-sector enforcement under CGS Chapter 571 §§31-367 to 31-385; OllieSafe's public-sector substrate for Connecticut is on the roadmap but not in this launch.
